James was thorough, quick and pleasant. We needed 4 single-lever faucets tightened and a filter change in one of the reverse osmosis filters. Having the right tools makes all the difference, since there was no way we could open the canister that holds the filter. He called to let me know he was on his way, and I also received an email from the office letting me know his name and that he'd arrive shortly. Very pleased with the service.
